NeoWorlder Phase 3: Updated Timeline (Delay)

Due to a continued delay in the legal review of certain aspects of our operations, we have tentatively moved the claimant open date from 17 April 2026 to 27 April 2026. We apologize for the further inconvenience and recognize that this is the second adjustment to this date. The review process remains outside our direct control, but we are actively pressing legal counsel to bring it to a conclusion as quickly as possible. We expect to have a firm date once that review is complete. Phases 1 and 2 of the launch schedule remain unchanged, and Phases 4 onwards are also presently expected to remain unchanged. Only Phase 3 is affected at this time. Once final confirmation is received, we will proceed on that basis. In the meantime, all asset preparations have been completed and improvements to the site continue to progress as planned.

NeoWorlder Phase 3 Release Delay

Due to a delay in the legal review of certain aspects of our operations, which is being undertaken to support a proper, orderly, and compliant release, we have tentatively moved the claimant open date from 10 April 2026 to 17 April 2026. We apologise for any inconvenience. We expect to have a clearer date once that review process is complete, as the timing is presently outside our hands. Phases 1 and 2 of the launch schedule remain unchanged, and Phases 4 onwards are also presently expected to remain unchanged. Only Phase 3 is affected at this time. Once final confirmation is received, we will proceed on that basis. In the meantime, all asset preparations have been completed. As expected, improvements to the site are also underway.

NeoWorlder Notice to Early Adopters: Claim Deadline Extension

For early adopters who have participated in the retire-and-claim process between Lootverse and NeoWorlds, we have amended certain terms to allow additional time to complete final testing and staged releases. This update is intended solely to ensure that all eligible claims are processed accurately and that the remaining technical steps can be completed in an orderly manner. No other aspects of the claim framework have been changed. Amendment to Section 3.2.4 (Minting of Wallet Failures) If NeoWorlds is unable to establish an Effective Claim for a Claimant by January 16, 2026 (as amended), the Claim Process shall terminate for affected Claimants, as provided in Section 5.2.2. This amendment extends the previously stated deadline of December 31, 2025. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
